Watson never had a home, he has never been loved and has never known what a loving mother feels like. Janine knew that, and she strongly believed that he deserves to feel all the love he can get in the remaining time he has left on earth.
All night long, she stayed by his side, holding him in his arms, keeping him warm and affectionately cuddling up with him.
The next morning, she woke up, and while she still continued to hold him, she could feel the dog’s soul slipping away from his body so gently.
Soon enough, the poor dog’s soul left our world, and Janine could no longer hold back her tears.
Watson may have very well lived a very rough life, but in his last moments, he finally felt what love is. This is both heartwarming and heartbreaking.
