4.) Blend for 30 seconds at a medium speed.

  • 1 cup cooked millet
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 3 tablespoon organic oil
  • 1/2 cup water or veggie stock that is low in salt

  • 1 cup fresh vegetables that contains spinach, broccoli, kale, cabbage, carrots, chard,sweet potatoes, peas, greens

  • 10 oz firm tofu
  • 3 tablespoon flaxseeds or fresh flax oil
  • 3 tablespoon tahini
  • 1/2 tablespoon of salt
  • 3 tablespoon yeast that is full of nutrition

1.) Put the water in a pot and bring it to boil.

2.) Add in it lentils, rice, and veggies.

3.) Cover and let it simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes until all of the vegetables are tender.

1.) In a large skillet, add a few tablespoon of water and add the chopped carrot to it. Let it cook for 1 to 2 minutes.

2.) Add spinach and tamari and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until they are soft.

3.) Then add the quinoa ( or any wholegrain), kidney beans, corn, and nutritional yeast.
