One of the dog hero stories happened in Russia. It started with a boy, of 4 years old, feeding ducks near her home. While he was feeding the ducks, he fell in the pond and it was freezing.
Nadia, a stray dog, began to bark excessively and immediately. Then a women saw Nadia and followed the dog back to the pond.
Workers came to aid in pulling out the boy from the freezing water. Nadia saved the boy, Andrei, and spent he spent his next days recovering in the hospital.
