Every time we think that people just can’t do more horrible things than what they’ve already done, we are unpleasantly surprised by the new lows humanity can reach.
Unfortunately, this is yet again one such situation. A cruel person took maltreatment to a whole new level by intentionally setting two dogs on fire, including Tyler, a 3-month old Pitbull puppy!
Thankfully, someone actually saw this horrific act while it was taking place.
