Another video showing two men, one of them seems to be a cop or someone of authority. The two men are grabbing the criminals by their collars and forcefully dragging them out.
One of the men is heard shouting, probably to a crowd watching
“Listen, everybody, these are them guys that hurt that dog.”
Some witnesses claim that the two men are the boys’ dad and uncle, but there is no confirmation about that yet.
The men are clearly physically stronger than the boys and are being forceful with them.
They drag the two boys to a muddy section of the street before wrestling them to the ground. One man pins the two boys before the other man splashes a bucket of water over them.
After the video was posted to Facebook, people praised the men for their response.
