Meet Bob Nowakowski, an Army Veteran who loves dogs a lot. Why am I saying that?

Well, Bob has been donating treats to the animals that are at the Niagara County chapter of the SPCA (Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) for the past thirty years!

Yes, you read that correctly. But why this particular shelter?

Well, the Niagara SPCA is the shelter where Bob adopted his late pooch Chip back in 2004. Chip passed away back in 2013.

Bob has asked the Shelter to put a sign in memory of Chip whenever he visits them. How sweet!
